What We Do: We engage in research and capacity-building interventions to enhance the development and well-being of disadvantaged communities, including children/young people and those living with disabilities, empowering youth leadership, business enterprise development, raising awareness of health literacy programs including mental health, environmental degradation and awareness on the effect of drug abuse, online and offline violence with specific focus to gender-based violence and promoting the relevancies of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and the role of young people and their communities achieving these goals.

Sports for Sustainable Development Foundation has identified football as a fundamental instrument to engage local communities in development initiatives, which we consider to be an innovative and practical form of social change. These social changes do not simply include improvement in material well-being but also progress concerning equity, social cohesion, human development, and tackling many of the other major problems experienced by communities. We are committed to leading a concrete and positive contribution to sustainable development.
